Where do you ship?

We ship our products and services all over the world.

How do you ship?

We ship via DHL, TNT and FedEx. We can also ship via your preferred courier if you have an open account.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping in Europe
DHL, TNT or FedEx express post: 20,00 EUR – 1 to 3 business days based on your distance from Slovenia.

Shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the USA and all other countries:
DHL, TNT or FedEx express post: 30,00 EUR – 1 to 3 business days based on your distance from Slovenia.

What is the delivery time?

If the inventory for your order is in stock and if there are no billing problems, we ship orders on the very same day of receiving an order or the next day. If items are out of stock, we send partial orders and send a note about the delivery time. The lead time is from 1 day up to two weeks.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. If there is a lack of stock you will be notified immediately of a next possible date of delivery. If you order more items, we make partial deliveries, all on our costs.


Check product’s description for warranty time. Warranty period begins upon installation as documented by customer invoice. Any part determined to be defective/damaged under normal use and within the warranty period will be replaced with a matching part.

How do I send back a product under a warranty?

Include your invoice to the customer.
Include V&KL’s invoice to you for the product.
Include the defective/damaged product for inspection.

If this procedure is not followed, the date of the invoice to you is used as the start date for the warranty.

What is your warranty return procedure?

V&KL will inspect the defective/damaged product. If the product is found to be defective/damaged from normal use and within the warranty period, the defective/damaged part will be replaced with a new one and returned to the customer.

What are my payment options?

We accept payment via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and wire transfer.

When will my credit card be charged?

If you are placing an online order your card will be charged immediately. If you order via email or phone, your card will be charged on the day of shipping.

How can I place an order?

You can place your order online, by email or by phone.

What is my order status?

Once you order with us, you will receive a confirmation of the order by email. When your order ships you will receive another email with a link to track your order.

Is your website secure?

Making payments with your credit card on our website is guaranteed to be safe and secure by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security.

I need a copy of Invoice.

If you need a copy of your invoice please send us an email or call us and we will happily send you a copy.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact V&KL upon any need to return or exchange a product. Be sure to have the invoice number, part number, and description, quantity and reason for return prior to calling. V&KL will further instruct the customer on the procedure. Any product considered for return or exchange must be in new, unused condition or in an unopened package. Returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee.

Do you accept returns?

You can return purchases for a full refund within 14 days after the day you received your goods. You must inform V&KL that you want to cancel your purchase. It is not enough just to send the goods back. You can inform V&KL and send back the goods at the same time, for example, by adding a written statement with the goods that you are returning by post or by sending an e-mail. V&KL will give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, the refunding can be delayed until V&KL receives the goods or evidence that you’ve returned them. You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us.

Do you accept exchanges?

We accept exchanges. You can exchange an item by returning it to us and placing a new order for the item(s) that you would like in place of the original order. For an exchange policy, products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging. Request for an exchange must be made within 15 days from the date of invoice. Please contact us for further instructions.

I received a wrong product.

If you have received an incorrect item or a defective product please report within 7 days of the Invoice of the item by calling or writing an email. V&KL will further instruct you on how to return item(s).
