We offer free pick up and delivery on 2 or more repaired instruments. For a single instrument shipped and repaired freight costs are added to the invoice. Once you have your instruments packed and ready for shipping simply notify us by email or phone and we will organize the pick up!
3 to 5 Days Turnaround
Repair time and estimation is calculated after handpiece inspection. Simple repairs will be made within 24 hours upon receiving your instruments. Most spare parts are kept on stock but we cannot guarantee immediate availability of special parts needed for the repair. If available, we will provide a replacement instrument for repairs which may take longer time.
Pricing
All prices listed include standard repairs, with no extra damage to head shell, glass rod or light and similar. Handpieces with standard repairs will automatically be repaired and returned. If additional damage is found, an estimate will be sent to you and we will ask for your approval prior to the proceeding with a repair.
Up to 12 Months Warranty on Parts and Labor
We offer a warranty ranging from 3 to 12 months for standard handpiece repairs as listed in each handpiece category. However, warranty time can change depending on the damage of a handpiece in question. In this case the warranty will be communicated at the time of quotation.
We guarantee all materials and workmanship for the full warranty period.
Quality Parts
At V&KL we are sourcing the best quality bearings and generic components to fit your equipment. We carry a lot of original items in stock too as sometimes generic components need to be combined with original parts. If you wish we can use only original parts upon your special request.

Highspeed handpieces
Highspeed handpieces repairs may include – depending on the damage:
Replacement of bearings, rotors, back caps, spray plates, o-rings and seals; Head repairs; Cleaning interior; Cleaning of air and water lines; Cleaning and polishing of external shell; Testing using OEM standards; 3 to 12 months warranty except if your instrument has been subjected to apparent misuse, abuse or accident.
Contra angles (red, blue and green)
Contra angle repairs may include – depending on the damage:
Replacement of headgear, bearings, intermediate shaft, idler shaft; Cleaning interior; Cleaning of air and water lines; Cleaning and polishing of external shell; Testing using OEM standards; 3 months warranty except if your instrument has been subjected to apparent misuse, abuse or accident.
Micro motors
Micro motors repairs may include – depending on the damage:
Replacement of bearings, brushes, rotor…; 6 months warranty except if your instrument has been subjected to apparent misuse, abuse or accident.
Other instruments
We can fix other instruments, like straight handpieces too. Price and warranty vary on the model, parts needed and the condition of an instrument.
